Plans

'Just Software' Plan:

• You agree to pay $45 CAD per user for the 'Just Software' plan.

• A minimum of one (1) user is required to keep your software active.

• Build Fee: Nexus Software Solutions does not charge a 'build fee' for developing your software according to your specifications and functionality.

• Integration Fee: In the event that you require integration of your new software developed by Nexus Software Solutions with another software provider you currently use or plan to use, a minimum fee of $37.00 CAD per month will be charged. This fee is not per user but rather an additional charge to your existing user-based fee. For example, if you have two (2) active users at $45.00 each, you would be charged $90 plus the integration fee of $37, resulting in a total of $127 per month.

'Software + Website' Plan:

• Pricing: You agree to pay $120 CAD per user for the 'Software + Website' plan. It is important to maintain a minimum of one (1) user for your software to remain active.

• Build Fee: Nexus Software Solutions does not charge a 'build fee' for developing your software according to your specifications and functionality.

• Integration: The 'Software + Website' plan includes integration capabilities with your existing software providers. Our team will ensure seamless integration between your new website and software, allowing them to work together efficiently.

'Just Website' Plan:

Although we can alter your website plan based on your needs, your pricing will vary based on any alterations or requests made for additional video hours, payment processing features, storage, fields per form, etc. The features outlined below is the standard plan on which we will base your website on:

• Pricing: You agree to pay $38 CAD per month for the 'Just Website' plan.

• Features: The 'Just Website' plan includes the following features:

  • Accept payments

  • Plans & recurring payments

  • Customer accounts

  • Custom domain

  • Free domain for 1 year

  • Unlimited bandwidth

  • 20 GB storage

  • 5 hours of video hours

  • 25 lead-capture forms

  • 50 fields per form

• Upgrading: Please be aware that the 'Just Website' plan is the basic plan we offer. Depending on your business needs, you may need to upgrade to a more comprehensive plan to access additional features and capabilities.

• Build Fee: Nexus Software Solutions does not charge a 'build fee' for developing your website according to your specifications and functionality.

• Maintenance and Changes: Nexus Software Solutions agrees to maintain your website and make requested changes as per your instructions.

• Integration Fee: In the event that you require integration of your new website developed by Nexus Software Solutions with another software provider you currently use or plan to use, a minimum fee of $30.00 CAD per month will be charged.

Payment Policy

Please note that for all our plans, including the 'Just Software,' 'Software + Website,' and 'Just Website' plans, the first month's payment is due immediately on the day of your subscription. Subsequent payments are due monthly thereafter.

We kindly request that you make the initial payment promptly to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. It is important to note that failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account or services.

Please be informed that the credit card used to sign up for any of our plans will be securely held on record to process all future payments. This ensures a convenient and streamlined payment process for you, as future payments will be automatically charged to the provided credit card.

2. WIX Partnership: We have partnered with WIX, a leading website development platform, for the creation and development of all websites associated with our services. WIX enables us to design and build professional and visually appealing websites tailored to your specific requirements.

3. Zapier Integration: To facilitate seamless API connections and integrations between various systems, including those not provided by Nexus Software Solutions, we employ Zapier as a connectivity tool. Zapier enables us to establish integrations between different software applications and streamline data flow.

4. Affiliation and Commissions: It is important to note that Nexus Software Solutions may or may not have direct or indirect affiliations with Ragic, WIX, and Zapier. In some cases, we may receive commissions or compensation for the services provided to you by these companies. However, this does not impact the quality of the services we offer.

5. Logo Usage: Nexus Software Solutions reserves the right to display your company's logo on our website's "partners" section for advertising purposes and to demonstrate that we have an ongoing business relationship. This usage aims to showcase our clientele and build trust with potential clients.

6. Consent: By engaging with our services, you provide Nexus Software Solutions with consent to use your logo in the aforementioned manner. We will not alter or modify your logo without prior authorization.

7. Logo Removal: If, for any reason, you wish to have your logo removed from our website, please contact us, and we will promptly address your request.
