While planned vegetables are good for these wraps, vegetables on hand can easily be substituted

Ingredients

4 Flour tortillas, 7 or 9 inch (18 or 22cm)
1/4 cup 60mL Plain yogurt
2 tsp 10mL Toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup 60mL Cooked brown rice
1/2 cup 125mL Chopped fresh broccoli, cooked tender-crisp (or raw)
12 Long narrow carrot strips, cooked tender-crisp (or raw)
1/4 cup 60mL Sprouts, bean, alfalfa or other
4 to 6 tsp 20-30mL Peanut sauce, or tahini sauce
