Ingredients

3 tbsp 50mL soy sauce
3 tbsp 50mL sherry (or alcohol-free sherry)
3 tbsp 50mL water
1/4 tsp 1mL garlic powder
1/4 tsp 1mL ground ginger
1 cup 250mL cubed or diced firm tofu
1 tbsp 15mL cooking oil
1 large onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 red pepper, seeded and cut in slivers
6 oz 170g snow peas, fresh or frozen, thawed
1 to 1/2 cup 375mL sliced fresh mushrooms
Bean sprouts, 2 large handful
8 to 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 to 1/2 tsp 7mL cornstarch
