Vegetarian Bamie Goreng

You can add cooked leftover chicken pieces with it if you want

Ingredients

2 (14oz) bags of coleslaw mix
2 medium onions, diced
10 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped or minced
3 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup Conimex ketjap Manis (more or less)
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Packaged egg noodles
Bagged salad of your choice

Instructions

Combine garlic and onion in a large skillet with 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Sautee on medium high heat, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until onions start to brown
Add two bags coleslaw and 1/3cup Conimex ketjap. Cook on medium heat, stirring often, until cabbage wilts, about five minutes
Cook Ramen noodles in water, according to directions (throw away spice packets)
Once noodles are cooked, add them to the skillet mixture
Add an additional 1/4cup of ketjap and stir everything together
Notes: Michael likes to pour sweet chili sauce over it for extra taste
