Different from the usual pizza to be sure. Mild flavor with a good vegetable mixture.

Ingredients

CRUST
2 cups 500mL Biscuit mix
1/2 cup 125mL Milk
FILLING
7 to 1/2 oz 213mL Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp 2mL Whole oregano
1/2 tsp 2mL Dried sweet basil
1/8 tsp 0.5mL Garlic powder
1/2 tsp 2mL Granulated sugar
3/4 cup 175mL Finely chopped onion
2 cup 500mL Broccoli florets
1 cup 250mL Sliced fresh mushrooms
Boiling water
1 cup 250mL Grated mozzarella cheese
8 Canned whole baby corn, drained, halved
2 cup 500mL Grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Crust: Stir biscuit mix with milk to form ball. Knead On lightly floured surface 6 to 8 times. Spread on greased 12 inch (30cm) pizza pan.
Filling: Stir first five ingredients together. Spread over pizza crust.
