Ingredients

1/2 cup 125 milk
1 tbsp 15mL cornstarch
1 tsp 5mL Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp 1mL salt
1 tsp 5mL cooking oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup 250mL sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp 15mL cooking oil
1/4 lb 113g fresh raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 lb 113g tuna fillet, cut into 3/4inch (2cm) cubes
1/4 lb 113g crabmeat, cartilage removed (or imitation crabmeat)
1 tbsp 15mL sherry (or alcohol-free sherry)
