Have a spring fling with this lovely pasta dish that evokes all the fresh flavor and textures of the season

Ingredients

12 cup 3L Water
1 1/2 tsp 7mL Salt
3 cup 750mL Penne pasta
2 tbsp 30mL Olive oil
1 1/2 cup 375mL Chopped fresh asparagus
1/2 cup 125mL Chopped green onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2tsp., 2mL, powder)
1 1/2 tsp 7mL Dried oregano
4 cup 1L Fresh spinach leaves, lightly packed
1 cup 250mL Frozen peas
1/2 tsp 2mL Salt
1/4 tsp 1mL Coarsely ground pepper
1/2 cup 125mL Grated Parmesan cheese
