1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
14 oz 398mL canned kidney beans, drained
1 cup 250mL cooked brown rice (about 1/4cup, 60mL, uncooked)
12 oz 341mL canned kernel corn, drained
1/4 tsp 1mL salt
1/8 tsp 0.5mL pepper
1/2 cup 125mL crumbled whole wheat crackers (or unsalted corn chips)
1/2 cup 125mL grated Edam cheese
