5 1/2 oz 149g box of scalloped potatoes, with seasoning
6 1/2 cup 1.6L water
1/2 cup 125mL dried vegetable flakes
1 tbsp 15mL chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp 15mL Worcestershire sauce
3 oz 85g package of instant noodles with chicken-flavored packet, Broken up and seasoned packets reserved
1 cup 250mL milk (or half-and-half cream)
3 tbsp 50mL all-purpose flour
