2 cup 500mL sliced Zuchinni (with peel), halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise into 1/4inch (6mm) pieces
1/2 cup 125mL chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2tsp., 2mL, powder)
1/4 cup 60mL grated Greek myzithra (or Parmesan) cheese
2 tbsp 30mL lemon juice
