Ingredients

4 Cups of mashed potatoes - prepared to your liking
to 1/2 cup of scallion
to 3/4 cup of fried bacon pieces
to 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
to 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
to 2 eggs
to 1 block of cheddar cheese - cut into small cubes
to 1 Cup of flour
to 1 Cup of bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Sal

Instructions

Put the mashed potatoes cold in a large bowl to mix. Add the chopped green onion, bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and an egg; mix well.
With your hands slightly enharinadas, form a circle of the size of a spoon with the mixture of potatoes. Put a bucket of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap it with the mixture of Pope. Repeat.
In three separate containers, add flour, bread crumbs, and the remaining egg (beaten).
Covers the wad of Pope in flour, then egg, and then the bread crumbs. Covers again with the egg and once again with the bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium / High (about 180° C). Fry the pellets in batches until a nice golden brown on all sides. Remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with salt.
Once all the pellets are chips, put them in the oven (preheated to 200º c) and let them simmer for five minutes. Enjoy!
