1/2 cup 125mL chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp 15mL canned tomato paste
1 tbsp 30mL red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp 2mL salt
1/4 tsp 1mL pepper
1/4 tsp 1mL garlic powder
2 tbsp 30mL Olive oil (optional)
Hot pepper sauce to taste
