1 pkg (225 g) PC Fouée Pocket Flatbreads
1/3 cup (75 mL) PC Blue Menu Tzatziki
5 leaves iceberg lettuce, chopped
Half small red onion, thinly sliced
4 cocktail tomatoes, thinly sliced
20 thin slices English cucumber
Instructions
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Place chicken strips on diagonal on greased grill; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, turning once, or until heated through and grill-marked. Set aside.
