Small Suey choy, cut up (or book choy) 1 1
Bean sprouts, handful 2 2
Bamboo shoots, in slivers, drained 10oz 284mL
Water chestnuts, sliced, drained 8oz 227mL
Water 1cup 225mL
Cornstarch 1tbsp 15mL
Chicken bouillon powder 1tbsp 15mL
Granulated sugar 1/2tsp2mL
Slivered almonds toasted in 350°F (180°C) oven 5 to 10 minutes until brown 2tbsp 30mL
