Chicken stock or beef bouillon or chicken bouillon 8cup 2L
Lentils, red or brown 2cup 500mL
Medium onion, chopped 2
Medium carrots, cut up 2
Celery, cut up 2 stems
Medium potato, cut up 1
Garlic powder (or 1 clove, minced) 1/4tsp 1mL
Salt 1/2tsp 2mL
Pepper 1/4tsp 1mL
