Crush Oreos and place in a bowl.
In another bowl place milk.
Mix chocolate pudding mix with the milk.
Add the cool whip.
Place a big handful of crushed Oreos and mix.
In any desired cup place crushed Oreos and then the mixture on top, do a layered affect until the cup is full.
Place candy on top.
