1 small head of lettuce, cut or torn
2 cup 500mL grated medium or sharp cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes, diced and drained on paper towel
3 to 4 green onions, sliced
1/2 x14oz 1/2x398mL canned ranch-style beans (or kidney beans), drained and rinsed
1 tsp 5mL chili powder
ISLAND DRESSING
1 tbsp 15mL cooking oil
1 tbsp 15mL all-purpose flour
3 tbsp 50mL water
2 tbsp 30mL white vinegar
1/4 cup 60mL granulated sugar
2 tsp 10mL ketchup
1/8 tsp 0.5mL onion powder
1/8 tsp 0.5mL salt
3 cup 750mL corn chips
