8 oz (227g) uncooked whole wheat rotini pasta (about 3cup see tips below)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp each grated gingerroot and toasted sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 1/2lb/680g), cut into strips or cubes
2 cup broccoli florets
2 cup halved medium-sized mushrooms
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/3 cup coarsely chopped green onions
10 fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
