1/2 cup Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Bell pepper
1 cup Spinach
Dairy
355 Heavy cream
2 tbps Butter
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chicken bullion
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Black pepper
Dried basil leaves
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Pasta & Noodles
2 cups Penne pasta
Meat
2 Chicken breasts
Liquids
1/2 cup Water

Instructions

Finely chop onion.
• minc garlic.
• Cut bell pepper into thin strips
• Prepare the chicken by defrosting it and patting it dry with a paper towel.
• Seasing the chicken on both sides with a generous amount of Cajun seasoning.
Cooking
• Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
• When pan is hot, add 1 tbsp butter and when melted, out the chicken in.
• Cook each side until golden brown and not pink on the inside.
• Take the chicken out and set aside.
• Put water in pot and add your pasta inside with some salt and bring to a boil.
• Remove pasta from heating element once boiled, set aside.
• Same pan that you cooked the chcken in, add 1 tbsp butter and let it melt.
• Add onion, garlic cloves, stir until fragrant
• Add bell pepper cover until the bell pepper is steamed soft.
• Add all your seasonings with cream, stir and bring to a boil
• Add cheese and water spinach and stir.
• Add cooked pasta.
• Add Chicken.
• More spinach or salt as needed.
